There are different types of commercial real estate leases, depending on the circumstances and the project envisaged:

- the commercial lease, which is accompanied by a commercial property, thus ensuring the continuity of the business,

- the American-style commercial lease, with an open-ended term. It is signed without a down payment or leasehold rights, but requires a rent to compensate for the absence of an initial payment,

- the precarious lease, also known as a derogatory lease, with a maximum term of 3 years and no right of renewal for the tenant,

- the seasonal lease, with a maximum duration of 6 months, suitable for short-term rentals.
