As part of the strategic development of Magrey & Sons, we are strengthening our brand image division within the marketing department. This position aims to structure and energize our marketing initiatives, develop high-value partnerships, and oversee all event-driven projects connected to the worlds of luxury, lifestyle, and premium real estate.
The role will work closely with the communications team (already in place), functioning as a true counterpart.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Actions
- Define and oversee the annual marketing plan aligned with the Group’s milestones and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives (campaigns, newsletters, publications, activations).
- Manage marketing assets (advertising, web content, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Partnership Development
- Identify and structure strategic partnerships across complementary industries: art, hospitality, automotive, design & architecture, gastronomy, etc.
- Create and manage joint activations: co-branded initiatives, invitations, exclusive experiences.
- Manage partner relations: sourcing, negotiation, operational follow-up.
3. Event Management
- Design and organize brand events: inaugurations, open houses, partner cocktails, trade fairs, client happenings.
- Deliver turnkey events, from production to logistics, in collaboration with agencies, providers, and internal teams.
- Guarantee the highest level of excellence in execution and delivery.
4. Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Proactively suggest new marketing trends, brand experiences, and event innovations.
- Benchmark and analyze competitor actions in the luxury and real estate sectors.
Required :
- - Master’s degree (Business School, University, or specialized institution) in Marketing, Communication, or Event Management.

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.

- Strong affinity for luxury, lifestyle, and high-end real estate.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, rigor, and initiative.
