Set on beautifully landscaped grounds of over 1,800 sqm, the property offers approximately 174 sqm of living space and enjoys open views over the surrounding hills, creating a serene environment where nature is an integral part of everyday life.

Designed to maximise natural light, generous volumes and seamless circulation, the villa revolves around a superb reception area featuring impressive ceiling heights and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Bathed in sunlight throughout the day, this welcoming space comprises a comfortable living room, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, all blending effortlessly into an atmosphere of refined yet relaxed living.

A true extension of the indoor living spaces, the reception area opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped garden, while a charming patio enhanced by a fountain provides a more intimate setting, ideal for relaxation and long summer evenings.

The sleeping quarters comprise three beautiful suites, including a comfortable principal suite. Each benefits from its own dressing room, private shower room and toilet, ensuring privacy and comfort for all occupants.

A laundry room and a garage of approximately 20 sqm complete the functional spaces of the property.

Outside, the carefully landscaped garden, planted with Mediterranean species, creates a harmonious setting around the villa. The swimming pool, pétanque court and various relaxation areas invite residents and guests alike to fully embrace an outdoor lifestyle dedicated to leisure and conviviality.

The property benefits from a high level of specification throughout, including impressive ceiling heights, full-height doors, ducted reversible air conditioning, an electric gate, alarm system, video surveillance, automatic irrigation, integrated outdoor lighting, and carefully selected materials with meticulous attention to detail.

Rare for its single-level design, the quality of its construction and its privileged natural surroundings, this villa offers a remarkable balance between contemporary living, elegance and tranquillity, just minutes from the village of Le Plan-de-la-Tour and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Terms & Conditions

  • What are the stages in the purchasing process in France?

Once you have visited a property and made up your mind, you sign a binding offer to purchase, setting out the essential conditions of sale. The file is then entrusted to a notary for signature of a promise to sell (“compromis de vente” or “promesse unilatérale de vente”). The notary then carries out a number of checks to provide the necessary legal security for the transaction, before signing the final deed of sale.

  • How long does the acquisition process take in France?

Although each case is different, not least because of the notarial considerations involved, it generally takes 3 to 4 months from the signing of the offer to purchase to the handover of the keys.

  • What are the acquisition costs in France?

Agency fees are included in the sale price.

Conversely, notary fees are payable by the buyer in addition to the sale price. The calculation of notary fees depends on a number of parameters (geographical location of the property, whether or not the property has furniture already been sold, whether or not the buyer has taken out a bank loan, etc.), but they are generally around 7% of the purchase price. Reduced notary fees may apply to new properties sold by professionals.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit when I sign up?

A security deposit, usually set at 10% of the sale price, must be paid into the notary's account at the same time as the promesse de vente is signed.

  • What support do you offer?

Tailor-made support and advice for buyers, from the initial visit to the final sale, are at the heart of our commitment:

    • sales support to answer all your questions
    • legal and tax support to help you structure and carry out your purchase
    • banking support to help you find the right financing if necessary
