Built by Italian engineers to protect Le Comté de Nice from invaders, the citadel offers an historic and inescapable visit of Villefranche sur Mer. Today this historic heritage shelters the town hall, the museums Volti Goetz-Boumeester, the collection Roux as well as a conference centre.
Given the strong demand for our rental properties, we advise you to book as early as possible. Reservation requests made less than a week before your arrival may not be honored, due to the administrative, financial and material organization involved in renting out our properties.
All payments are made by bank transfer to our agency's dedicated account.
A deposit of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking. The balance of 75% must be paid at least one month before the start of the rental period. In the case of late bookings (less than one month before the start of the rental period), the full rent must be paid when the rental contract is signed.
You will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage or additional costs. Subject to a compulsory minimum for certain properties, the deposit is 30% of the rent.
