This 350m2 villa is nestled on the heights of Grimaud, on the Route du Plan de la Tour. The property develops on three levels: it is equipped with an entry hall, six en suite bedrooms (all with their own bathrooms). On the main floor, one can find the kitchen, the back kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the library. How far in advance should I book?

Given the strong demand for our rental properties, we advise you to book as early as possible. Reservation requests made less than a week before your arrival may not be honored, due to the administrative, financial and material organization involved in renting out our properties.
What methods of payment are accepted?

All payments are made by bank transfer to our agency's dedicated account.
Will I have to pay a down payment?

A deposit of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking. The balance of 75% must be paid at least one month before the start of the rental period. In the case of late bookings (less than one month before the start of the rental period), the full rent must be paid when the rental contract is signed.
Will I have to pay a deposit?

You will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage or additional costs. Subject to a compulsory minimum for certain properties, the deposit is 30% of the rent.
