Set in the idyllic surroundings of the Belles Rives Hotel, with its wonderful Art Deco atmosphere, the Michelin-starred restaurant La Passagère showcases fish, crustaceans, and shellfish, prepared with equal parts talent and imagination by Chef Aurélien Véquaud.
Given the strong demand for our rental properties, we advise you to book as early as possible. Reservation requests made less than a week before your arrival may not be honored, due to the administrative, financial and material organization involved in renting out our properties.
All payments are made by bank transfer to our agency's dedicated account.
A deposit of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking. The balance of 75% must be paid at least one month before the start of the rental period. In the case of late bookings (less than one month before the start of the rental period), the full rent must be paid when the rental contract is signed.
You will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage or additional costs. Subject to a compulsory minimum for certain properties, the deposit is 30% of the rent.
