A haven of refinement and serenity by Inwood Hotels, a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux family, Villa Miraé embodies the refined essence of the Riviera amid the discretion that characterizes Cap d'Antibes.
Ideally situated amid its Mediterranean gardens, the experience feels like a moment suspended in time: a sparkling pool, rooms and suites with private terraces, and a culinary offering entirely orchestrated by three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Amarines by Mauro Colagreco, his gourmet restaurant, fits perfectly into this poetic, luminous, and timeless aesthetic.
Two key figures: architect Oscar Lucien Ono, who designed the Villa Miraé, and chef Mauro Colagreco, who conceived its culinary experience. Since 1969, Magrey & Sons has championed a simple vision of the Riviera, which Villa Miraé also embodies perfectly: ultra-luxury is not about excess; it is about discretion and experience.
With its lush, oasis-like setting in the heart of Cap d’Antibes and its Provençal-style architecture, Villa Miraé is the ideal starting point for a memorable stay in one of the Riviera’s most sought-after destinations.
Throughout the property, every detail is designed to awaken the dreamer’s soul: elegant interiors where artistic touches and fine materials come together. The pool, the true jewel of the property, invites relaxation and deepens this immersion in a waking dream where the shimmering water and the sky seem to merge. Villa Miraé takes us on an emotional journey where every stay is a source of wonder in the exclusive setting of Cap d’Antibes.
Behind this sense of naturalness lies a guiding hand that of Oscar Lucien Ono, founder of Maison Numéro 20, whom Inwood Hotels entrusted with the design of all the spaces at Villa Miraé. A journey through art history and interior design. Trained in art history, the interior architect first learned to interpret different eras, proportions, and influences. He began his career in London, among other places, and then spent several years as a television commentator, where he honed the art of making a project accessible.
In 2014, he founded Maison Numéro 20, located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, at the crossroads of galleries and antique dealers. Over the course of a decade, the studio has established itself as one of the most sought-after names in high-end French interior design, with a portfolio that includes private residences, hotels, and restaurants in France and abroad, including the Elysia Hotel, the Inwood Group’s first 5-star property in Paris. He describes his approach himself in no uncertain terms: he tackles each project as one would write a story, like a director crafting a setting and an atmosphere.
The architect draws inspiration from the scents of the gardens and the warmth of the Côte d’Azur sun. Every space from the entrance gallery to the gourmet restaurant, including the guest rooms tells a story where every detail has been carefully considered in pursuit of simplicity, creating an environment that awakens the senses.
Villa Miraé also incorporates a rich local artistic heritage through murals and mosaics inspired by the Côte d’Azur’s cultural legacy. The murals evoke the spirit of Cocteau or Matisse, while the mosaics capture authentic Mediterranean scenes. The spaces, crafted from natural materials, are custom-designed. True to Oscar Lucien Ono’s vision, this artistic ensemble directly echoes local artisanal traditions.
Here, the architect has created a true haven of poetry, inviting guests to slow down, marvel, and dream.
The hotel has entrusted its entire culinary offerings, from breakfast to room service, and from the bar to the two restaurants to three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. With the goal of establishing itself as a culinary destination, Villa Miraé has entered into an exceptional partnership to ensure the quality of its entire culinary offerings. From the bar to the two restaurants, including room service and breakfast, each experience is distinguished by an authentic and sustainable approach under the direction of internationally renowned Chef Mauro Colagreco.
Based on the French Riviera for nearly 20 years, Mauro Colagreco has forged a career marked by passion and dedication. As the three-Michelin-starred chef at Mirazur in Menton voted the world’s best restaurant in 2019 he champions an instinctive and sustainable approach to cooking.
A pioneer in circular gastronomy, he places nature and biodiversity at the heart of his creations, prioritizing plant-based ingredients and local sourcing. As the first chef whose flagship restaurant was certified “Zero Plastic” in 2020, a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, and vice president of chefs at Relais & Châteaux, he embodies a committed and sustainable vision of gastronomy.
Inspired by the spirit of the Mediterranean, the richness of its terroir, and the idea of setting sail, Amarines by Mauro Colagreco celebrates the beauty of the seasons through spontaneous cuisine that is both pure and bold. The ingredients, sourced from sustainable agriculture and responsible fishing, are elevated by the unique sensibility of Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. Guided by his deep connection to nature, he invites guests here to reconnect intimately with themselves and with the living world through a rare emotional experience a cuisine that touches the soul.
From gnocchi inspired by the “Sentier des Ocres” to Corsican “Tigre” veal and wild-caught fish from our coasts as the tides ebb and flow and the harvests come in each dish is crafted as a thoughtful dialogue with these fundamental landscapes, each one revealing the authenticity of the ingredients in their purest form.
Recently renovated, the terrace now takes on a whole new look, offering a view of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
From June through the end of August, the outdoor area hosts Candle Nights every Thursday evening. Starting at 7 p.m., as night falls, the gardens and terrace are lit by candlelight to welcome guests.
At Magrey & Sons, we have been assisting those who choose the French Riviera as their home since 1969. And if we had to sum up what Villa Miraé inspires in us, it would be this: the Riviera isn’t something you own it’s something you experience passionately in the heart of Cap d’Antibes. A home in Cap d’Antibes isn’t bought like an investment. It’s chosen for the summers it will host, for the meals you’ll share there, and for the memories your children will cherish. Villa Miraé reminds us of this in its own way: what remains are not the square meters, but the hours spent there and the quality of the surroundings. It is in this spirit that we support every project: confidential searches, appraisals, and viewings throughout the Riviera. From our offices located in Cannes, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Mougins, and Valbonne.
