A dynamic destination

Le village de Saint-Tropez, de plus en plus investi par les marques de luxe, devient le nouveau carré d’or tropézien. En effet, ces boutiques de luxe prennent petit à petit la place d’anciens lieux mythiques, comme, par exemple, l’Octave Café. Qu’il s’agisse de la Place de la Garonne, de la Place des Lices, de la Rue Gambetta, de la Rue Allard ou encore de La Croix des Fer, tous accueillent un ou plusieurs luxueux établissements tel que Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Céline, Hermès, Chanel, Versace, Rolex ou encore Fendi.

Aujourd’hui, sur une surface de vente de 263 m² répartis sur deux étages, c’est une boutique de vêtements de luxe qui vient élire domicile à l’entrée de la ville. En effet, la marque Yves Saint Laurent devrait incessamment sous peu devenir locataire du nouveau propriétaire de cette belle bâtisse du début du XXème siècle : la SCI Padres patrimoine, dirigée par Monsieur Alain Madar.  

This historic house, which had been abandoned for many years, is beginning to change its appearance. Its appearance, once unattractive, has one incomparable advantage above all else: a prime location. Of course, the entire project is subject to the approval of the Architecte des Bâtiments de France (French architectural review board) in order to ensure that the building's authenticity is preserved.

Spanning three floors, the new sales area will be able to accommodate a total of 91 people, including three staff members. Only the ground floor, measuring 1,500 square feet, and the first floor, measuring 1,300 square feet, will be accessible to the public. The top floor, or more precisely the attic, measuring 325 square feet, will serve as a storage area.

The residents of Saint-Tropez, as well as tourists, are eagerly awaiting the completion of the renovations, and in particular the opening of this luxurious Yves Saint Laurent boutique, scheduled for the 2021 season.
