Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat

Renowned throughout the world, the town of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat has retained its authenticity and will delight lovers of culture, relaxation, and hiking—particularly with its coastal path.

A truly exceptional site, the town is one of the most beautiful gems of the Mediterranean. The peninsula, located next to Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, offers wonderful activities such as visits to the Les Cèdres botanical garden, the zoo, the lighthouse and semaphore, and the Saint-Hospice tower. In particular, it has a sublime seaside path, which is marked out over 14 km and divided into three parts: the tour of Cap Ferrat, the Pinède, and the Maurice Rouvier promenade, which connects Saint Jean Cap Ferrat to Beaulieu. The marina, lined with shops, is also typical and very pretty.

At the tip of Cap Ferrat stands one of the most beautiful palaces in the world, the Grand Hôtel du Cap, set in the middle of a wonderful garden.

Cap d'Antibes

The cape, covering an area of 3.7 km², is largely wooded. It remains one of the least urbanized areas on the French Riviera. With its Mediterranean climate, visitors can easily enjoy the wild nature and beautiful beaches and coves thanks to the various walking trails. The smugglers' path, for example, allows visitors to explore the entire coastline of the cape. Thanks to the winding 2.7 km “Tire-Poil” trail, walkers can enjoy breathtaking views of the Lérins Islands and the heights of Mercantour. From the top of the Garoupe lighthouse, tourists can contemplate the entire Gulf of Juan, the Baie des Anges, old Antibes, and the Baie de la Garoupe.

The chapel is decorated with marine ex-votos. The town is also famous for its botanical parks, such as the Villa Thuret, recognized as a remarkable garden, the one located at the foot of the Villa Sous le Vent, and the exotic park of the Villa Eilenroc. Tourists can also visit the Picasso Museum and the Archaeology Museum. In addition, the Garoupe nautical base offers access to various sports activities.

Cannes villas and apartments

With 300 days of conferences per year and numerous festive events, the city of Cannes is a popular tourist destination. Visitors can explore different neighborhoods, including La Croisette, Cannes' legendary boulevard lined with luxury hotels, palm trees, and sea views; La Californie, with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Esterel mountains; La Croix des Gardes, lush and green with sumptuous panoramic views; La Pointe Palm Beach, with prized views of the Lérins Islands, close to the beaches and the center; Oxford, steeped in history; Super Cannes, located in the hills above La Californie with stunning views of the sea, the Lérins Islands, private beaches, luxury boutiques, and high-end restaurants are packed all year round. There are numerous nightclubs, bars, and other entertainment venues where you can enjoy all the pleasures of partying.

Mougins

Mougins stands out for its quality of life, thanks in particular to the importance it places on cultural and tourist activities. Every year, the town hosts numerous exhibitions and shows, with festivals dedicated to jazz (“Pour l'amour du Jazz”), theater, golf (“International Pro-Am Golf Festival”), and gastronomy, with the International Gastronomy Festival bringing together the world's best chefs.

A visit to the village of Mougins also has plenty of surprises in store for visitors, with charming little streets where restaurants and artists' studios create an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and unexpected cultural discoveries. The Notre-Dame-de-Vie chapel, the Saint-Barthélémy chapel, and the photography and automobile museum are also must-see attractions for tourists.

Var East - Anthéor

In the heart of the red rocks of the Estérel, on the Corniche d'Or, between Théoule-sur-Mer and Saint-Raphaël, the Agay and Anthéor areas offer some of the most beautiful and stunning landscapes in the Var. The contrast between the clear blue sea (to be discovered along the coves and beaches), the ochre color of the rocks, and the lush green vegetation offers views worthy of a master painter's canvas.

The coastline of Agay and Anthéor is lined with waterfront villas, enjoying private access to the sea, with a seafront of rare quality. This part of the Var offers a particularly appreciated, calm, and well-preserved wild environment, with the Anthéor area towards Cannes, and the Agay area, with its port, restaurants, and shops, towards Saint-Tropez.

Saint-Tropez

Due to its geographical location, the history of the town of Saint-Tropez is closely linked to the sea. It was the visits to Saint-Tropez by Paul Signac, the painter, and Maupassant, the French writer, that made this place a meeting place for celebrities at the beginning of the 20th century. Now world-famous thanks to the presence of artists, and a vacation destination and stopping point for the European and American jet set, the town is characterized by colors reminiscent of the Mediterranean region. Seventeen must-see sites and listed monuments are registered as historical heritage sites, including several chapels, urban oratories, the old ramparts, Rue des Argentiers, and the marine cemetery.

There are no highways running alongside the town, but Saint-Tropez is accessible via several departmental roads. This renowned seaside resort offers six public beaches stretching along twelve kilometers of coastline. There are also numerous private beaches.

Western Var - La Croix-Valmer

The wild and natural environment of the peaceful and charming seaside resort of La Croix-Valmer invites you to enjoy the good life. This seaside resort boasts idyllic beaches with fine sand and crystal-clear waters. There are numerous coves for swimmers to enjoy, including Plage du Débarquement, La Bouillabaisse, Vergeron, Héraclée, and Gigaro. The center of La Croix-Valmer offers popular spots for regulars who appreciate this unique setting. There are luxurious Michelin-starred establishments (Lily of the Valley, Château de Valmer) as well as a selection of gourmet restaurants.

Panoramic sea views are commonplace in this hilly village, where the golden islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Île du Levant stretch out from the luxury villas.
