With the opening of its new agency on Rue du Bac, just steps from Le Bon Marché, Magrey & Sons expands its presence to Paris in order to be closer to a clientele whose needs are evolving. This move is also the continuation of a vision: to offer local expertise and create genuine synergy between agencies.
“Our clients in the South of France have asked us to be present in Paris to better support and advise them in their luxury real estate projects in the capital — whether it’s purchasing a residence, securing a long-term seasonal rental, or navigating the retail market. With a team of nine experts, our Paris agency primarily covers the 1st arrondissement, as well as the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 16th,” explains Nina Magrey, who heads the Paris office.
