As a Consultant, you will be in charge of prospecting, portfolio management and negotiation of exceptional properties.
You will play a key role in advising and supporting international clients looking for a tailor-made buying or selling experience.
• Identify and prospect exceptional properties in Cannes and the surrounding area
• Evaluate and support the sale of high-end residential properties
• Organize and conduct targeted visits for our clients
• Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of the parties
• Maintain a special relationship with our network of international clients and partners
Required :
- • You have solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector
- • You have a thorough knowledge of the French Riviera market and its international environment
- • You are proficient in English; a second language would be a plus
- • You are responsive, meticulous and have an excellent sense of service
- • You are passionate about prestigious real estate and are committed to providing exceptional service
