As a Consultant, you will be at the heart of our development strategy in Paris, in charge of prospecting, portfolio management and negotiation of exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting international clients looking for a tailor-made buying or selling experience.
• Identify and prospect exceptional properties in Paris and the surrounding area
• Evaluate and support the sale of high-end residential properties
• Organize and conduct targeted visits for our clients
• Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of the parties
• Maintain a special relationship with our network of international clients and partners
Required :
- You have solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector
- You have a thorough knowledge of the Parisian market and its international environment
- You are proficient in English; a second language would be a plus
- You are responsive, meticulous and have an excellent sense of service
- You are passionate about prestigious real estate and are committed to providing exceptional service
