Our agency, Magrey & Sons Saint-Tropez, is looking to expand its team with an experienced consultant to cover the Estérel region.
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing both seller and buyer clients, and negotiating the sale of exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting French and international clients seeking a personalized buying or selling experience.
• Identify and source exceptional properties in the Estérel region (Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Théoule-sur-Mer, Le Trayas, Anthéor and Agay, Saint-Raphaël, and Saint-Aygulf).
• Evaluate and facilitate the sale of residential properties in the €1–7 million price range.
• Organize and conduct targeted property viewings for our clients.
• Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties.
• Maintain strong relationships with our network of international clients and partners.
Required :
- You have extensive experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector
- You have in-depth knowledge of the local market and its environment
- You are fluent in English
- You are reliable, detail-oriented, motivated, and a team player
- You have a professional demeanor and an excellent sense of customer service
- You are passionate about luxury real estate
