As a Consultant, you will be in charge of prospecting, portfolio management and negotiation of exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting international clients looking for a tailor-made buying or selling experience.
- Identify and prospect exceptional properties in Fayence and Var hinterland
- Evaluate and support the sale of high-end residential properties
- Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of the parties
- Maintain a special relationship with our network of international clients and partner
Required :
- You have solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector
- You have a thorough knowledge of the market and its environment
- You are proficient in English; a second language would be a plus
- You are responsive, meticulous and have an excellent sense of service
- You are passionate about prestigious real estate and are committed to providing exceptional
