Sales Consultant

Our Magrey & Sons Saint-Tropez agency is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Consultant to oversee the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
As a Consultant, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing sellers and buyers, and negotiating exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting both French and international clients in their search for a bespoke buying or selling experience. - Identify and prospect exceptional properties in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez (Grimaud, Sainte-Maxime, Les Issambres, Cogolin, Le Plan-de-la-Tour, La Garde-Freinet, and La Môle). - Evaluate and oversee the sale of residential properties in the €1 to €5 million range. - Organize and conduct targeted property viewings for clients. - Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties. - Maintain privileged relationships with your network of clients and international partners
Required :
  • - Solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • - Excellent knowledge of the local market and its environment.
  • - Fluent in English.
  • - Serious, detail-oriented, motivated, and a strong team player.
  • - Excellent presentation skills and a high sense of customer service.
  • - Passion for luxury real estate.
