Our Magrey & Sons agency in Mougins is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Rental Consultant in charge of seasonal rentals in the areas of Mougins, Valbonne, Saint-Paul-de-Vence and Châteauneuf-Grasse.
As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, client management, and negotiating exceptional seasonal rental properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting both French and international clients in their search for prestigious rentals.
- Identify and prospect luxury properties in Mougins and its surroundings (Valbonne, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, and Châteauneuf-Grasse).
- Assess and oversee the rental process of properties.
- Organize and conduct targeted property viewings for clients.
- Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties.
- Maintain strong and privileged relationships with our network of clients and international partners.
Required :
- Requirements
- - Solid experience in real estate transactions, ideally in the luxury sector.
- - Excellent knowledge of the local market and its environment.
- - Fluent in English.
- - Serious, rigorous, motivated, and a strong team player.
- - Excellent presentation and outstanding sense of service.
