There are plenty of places across the French Riviera that would be perfect for buying a luxury villa. For some people, having a sea view, or at least being as close to the sea as possible, is what's important. However, others focus on being high in the hills or in a rural area where they can hide away. What to Expect from a Contemporary Villa

A contemporary villa can offer many benefits over a more traditional building. While the design and architecture might be more modern, contemporary villas are often still designed to fit in with their surroundings. The villas we have listed always look right at home in their locations, while also presenting a striking image. Our luxury villas all have plenty of space, including open-plan living and lots of outdoor space too. You can expect to find an outdoor pool with most, if not all, of the villas we have for sale. Some properties even benefit from two pools. Beautifully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, as well as luxury fixtures and fittings, make it easy to envision making yourself at home.

Some of the villas we sell have incredible sea views, even offering panoramic views. However, those that don't are still set within beautiful surroundings and have stunning views of their own. You can also expect your contemporary villa to have at least some land, often with a cultivated garden. Some villas also feature extras like tennis courts or close proximity to golf courses and beach activities.

When it comes to price, you could be looking at a range of options when you buy a contemporary villa. It all depends on how much space you want, where you want to buy, and what sort of amenities you're looking for. You will obviously pay more for more than one pool, a sea view, or 6 bedrooms, instead of 3. Some of our villas for sale may be under €2 million, whereas others can stretch to €8 million or more.
