Welcome to Mirlo Blanco, an exceptional villa where luxury, comfort, and a profound connection with nature converge effortlessly. Designed to host up to 14 guests, this stunning retreat combines rustic elegance with sophisticated design. Warm, neutral tones and organic materials—like natural wood and woven fibers—create a serene and inviting atmosphere throughout.

Thoughtful Interiors with Timeless Charm

The main floor invites you into a spacious living area adorned with soft linen sofas and a luxurious double chaise lounge—perfect for sharing unforgettable moments with family and friends. Flowing seamlessly from this central space is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refined wooden bar that artfully marries function and aesthetics. This floor also includes a guest toilet and two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with four beds, ideal for families or group stays.

Outdoor Living with Island Views

Step outside to the expansive porch, which connects directly to a breathtaking swimming pool and offers panoramic views over the island of Formentera. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet evening, this outdoor haven invites you to disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with what matters most—nature, peace, and yourself.

Elevated Privacy and Comfort

On the upper floor, you’ll find an additional bedroom along with the master suite, a serene space that opens onto a spectacular private terrace—a front-row seat to Formentera’s extraordinary landscapes. Adjacent to the villa is a private tower, offering a unique vantage point for admiring the island’s famous sunsets.

Exceptional Guest Spaces

To ensure ultimate privacy and flexibility, Mirlo Blanco features two additional en-suite bedrooms. One is located in a detached space beside the villa, while the other sits within a separate bungalow accessible from the porch or upper terrace. Every bedroom includes air conditioning, private bathrooms, and soothing natural décor, reinforcing the villa’s tranquil ambiance.

A Rare Investment Opportunity

Mirlo Blanco comes with a fully valid tourist license, significantly enhancing its value as both a personal haven and a high-potential investment. Whether as your private island residence or a premium vacation rental, this exclusive property offers the perfect balance of luxury, privacy, and profitability—all in one of the Mediterranean’s most coveted destinations.

Terms & Conditions

  • What are the stages in the purchasing process in France?

Once you have visited a property and made up your mind, you sign a binding offer to purchase, setting out the essential conditions of sale. The file is then entrusted to a notary for signature of a promise to sell (“compromis de vente” or “promesse unilatérale de vente”). The notary then carries out a number of checks to provide the necessary legal security for the transaction, before signing the final deed of sale.

  • How long does the acquisition process take in France?

Although each case is different, not least because of the notarial considerations involved, it generally takes 3 to 4 months from the signing of the offer to purchase to the handover of the keys.

  • What are the acquisition costs in France?

Agency fees are included in the sale price.

Conversely, notary fees are payable by the buyer in addition to the sale price. The calculation of notary fees depends on a number of parameters (geographical location of the property, whether or not the property has furniture already been sold, whether or not the buyer has taken out a bank loan, etc.), but they are generally around 7% of the purchase price. Reduced notary fees may apply to new properties sold by professionals.

  • Do I have to pay a deposit when I sign up?

A security deposit, usually set at 10% of the sale price, must be paid into the notary's account at the same time as the promesse de vente is signed.

  • What support do you offer?

Tailor-made support and advice for buyers, from the initial visit to the final sale, are at the heart of our commitment:

    • sales support to answer all your questions
    • legal and tax support to help you structure and carry out your purchase
    • banking support to help you find the right financing if necessary
