Rental Conditions

  • How far in advance should I book?

    Given the strong demand for our rental properties, we advise you to book as early as possible. Reservation requests made less than a week before your arrival may not be honored, due to the administrative, financial and material organization involved in renting out our properties.

  • What methods of payment are accepted?

    All payments are made by bank transfer to our agency's dedicated account.

  • Will I have to pay a down payment?

    A deposit of 25% of the rent will be required at the time of booking. The balance of 75% must be paid at least one month before the start of the rental period. In the case of late bookings (less than one month before the start of the rental period), the full rent must be paid when the rental contract is signed.

  • Will I have to pay a deposit?

    You will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage or additional costs. Subject to a compulsory minimum for certain properties, the deposit is 30% of the rent.

  • Will I have an on-site contact during my stay?

    Our team will be delighted to welcome you on arrival. They will then remain fully available to meet your needs and provide you with a tailor-made experience.
